The appearance of colossal permittivity materials broadened the choice of materials for energy-storage applications. In this work, colossal permittivity in ceramics of TiO2 co-doped with niobium and europium ions ((Eu0.5Nb0.5)xTi1-xO2 ceramics) was reported. A large permittivity (εr ~ 2.01?×?105) and a low dielectric loss (tanδ ~ 0.095) were observed for (Eu0.5Nb0.5)xTi1-xO2 (x?=?1%) ceramics at 1?kHz. Moreover, two significant relaxations were observed in the temperature dependence of dielectric properties for (Eu, Nb) co-doped TiO2 ceramics, which originated from defect dipoles and electron hopping, respectively. The low dielectric loss and high relative permittivity were ascribed to the electron-pinned defect-dipoles and electrons hopping. The (Eu0.5Nb0.5)xTi1-xO2 ceramic with great colossal permittivity is one of the most promising candidates for high-energy density storage applications.  相似文献

Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ (BSCF) in its cubic perovskite phase has attracted much interest for potential use as oxygen transport membrane (OTM) due to its very high oxygen permeability at high temperatures. However, performance degradation due to a sluggish phase decomposition occurs when BSCF is operated below 840?°C. Partial B-site substitution of the transition metal cations in BSCF by larger and redox-stable cations has emerged as a potential strategy to improve the structural stability of cubic BSCF. In this study, the influence of yttrium doping (0…10?mol-%) on oxygen transport properties and stability of the cubic BSCF phase is assessed by in situ electrical conductivity relaxation (ECR) and electrical conductivity measurements during long-term thermal annealing both at 700?°C and 800?°C. Detailed phase analysis is performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after long-term annealing of the samples in air at different temperatures.  相似文献

针对传统的小区内开环功率控制算法通常以提升本小区的吞吐量性能为目标,忽略了当前小区用户对邻小区用户同频干扰的问题,为提升边缘用户性能的同时兼顾系统整体性能,提出了一种LTE系统小区间上行联合功率控制(UJPC)算法。该算法采用单基站三扇区为系统模型,以最优化系统吞吐量比例公平函数为目标,首先根据最小信干噪比(SINR)约束值和用户最大发射功率这两个约束条件得到相应的数学优化模型,然后采用连续凸近似的方法求解优化问题得出各个基站所管辖的小区内所有用户的最优发射功率。仿真结果表明,与基准的开环功控方案相比,联合功控方案在保证系统平均频谱利用率的情况下能够较大幅度地提高小区边缘频谱利用率,其最佳性能增益能达到50%。  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of designing a robust static output feedback controller for polytopic systems. The current research that tackled this problem is mainly based on LMI method, which is conservative by nature. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed, which considers the design space of the controller parameters and iteratively partitions the space to small simplexes. Then, by assessing the stability in each simplex, the solution space for design parameters is directly determined. It has been theoretically proved that, if there exists a feasible solution in the design space, the algorithm can find it. To validate the result of the proposed approach, comparative simulation examples are given to illustrate the performance of the design methodology as compared to those of previous approaches.  相似文献

为了更加准确地检测出图像中的显著性目标,提出了多先验融合的显著性目标检测算法。针对传统中心先验对偏离图像中心的显著性目标会出现检测失效的情况,提出在多颜色空间下求显著性目标的最小凸包交集来确定目标的大致位置,以凸包区域中心计算中心先验。同时通过融合策略将凸包区域中心先验、颜色对比先验和背景先验融合并集成到特征矩阵中。最后通过低秩矩阵恢复模型生成结果显著图。在公开数据集MSRA1000和ESSCD上的仿真实验结果表明,MPLRR能够得到清晰高亮的显著性目标视觉效果图,同时F,AUC,MAE等评价指标也比现有的许多方法有明显提升。  相似文献

不规则三角网是影响土石方量计算的关键问题之一,虽然目前已有大量研究人员对Delaunay三角网进行优化,但仍然缺少对三角网生成速率和计算精度的综合研究。针对此问题,基于VB.NET平台的点、边以及三角形的结构化数据结构设计快速生成凸闭包集形成Delaunay三角网,通过四边形空圆特性以及对角线最短原则对构网结果进行检验和优化。试验计算表明,该算法的计算结果与经典DTM法、方格网法的土方量计算相对误差均在0.30%以内。该方法不仅具有较高的组网效率,并能保持较好的计算精度。  相似文献

Reliable sealing is necessary for the stable operation of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). In practical application, various materials have been tried in PEMFC sealing. However, the mechanical properties of these sealing materials, which play a key role in the sealing stability, have not been fully understood in PEMFC environment, especially after long-term operation. In this paper, according to the operating environment of PEMFC, sealing material experiments are carried out to explore the differences in mechanical behaviors of sealing materials, including silicone rubber (SR), fluororubber (FR), nitrile rubber (NBR) and ethylene-propylene-diene-terpolymer rubber (EPDM) and the variation of mechanical properties of these sealing materials is predicted as time goes on. The results indicate that compression rate has a great influence on sealing contact stress. SR and EPDM, with the variation of 0.15 MPa and 0.45 MPa in stress, show the best and worst mechanical stability at different compression rates, respectively. In terms of temperature, it is found that SR can adapt to different operating temperature of PEMFC and only 18% variation is found from 20 °C to 100 °C. Finally, based on Time-Temperature Superposition (TTS), high temperature experiments are conducted to predict long-term relaxation stress under PEMFC working condition. The analysis results are beneficial for choosing suitable sealing material, and it can also be applied to predict sealing ability in PEMFC.  相似文献

Short-term generation scheduling is an important function in daily operational planning of power systems. It is defined as optimal scheduling of power generators over a scheduling period while respecting various generator constraints and system constraints. Objective of the problem includes costs associated with energy production, start-up cost and shut-down cost along with profits. The resulting problem is a large scale nonlinear mixed-integer optimization problem for which there is no exact solution technique available. The solution to the problem can be obtained only by complete enumeration, often at the cost of a prohibitively computation time requirement for realistic power systems. This paper presents a hybrid algorithm which combines Lagrangian Relaxation (LR) together with Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) to solve the problem in cooperative and competitive energy environments. Simulation studies were carried out on different systems containing various numbers of units. The outcomes from different algorithms are compared with that from the proposed hybrid algorithm and the advantages of the proposed algorithm are briefly discussed.  相似文献
